KTECH here show the viedo how die casting machine produce zipper slider body,puller,cap,etc component.
Process:
1.Install zipper slider mold properly.Zipper slider mold include body mold,puller mold,cap mold,one machine one time can just install one set mold of them.So for big quantity manufacturer,they have normally 20sets machines for different slider parts.
2.Preheating for the machine till temperature to melt zinc alloy.
3.Feeding Zinc alloy material as pic.
4.When temperature reached,then machine starts working in full automaticlly.
5.Please check the quality of products for 1-5 shoots to confirm start big production.
For making zipper zinc alloy slider, in passed years, 7.5ton die casting machine occupied the markets,mostly machines are from TAIWAN; then when the manufacturing factories moved to China mainland, 12ton relay type machines are popular.After some years development,the slider factory like use PLC control in 18TON die casting machine (hot chamber), and use electricity instead of disal type.
